The local message builder
Entries in the contact note builder are processed in your browser. The supplied code does not submit them to a server or deliberately store them between visits. Your browser may independently retain form entries, page state or autofill details according to its own settings.
Choosing Copy note sends the generated text to your device’s clipboard when permission and browser support allow. Other applications or clipboard-history features may then access it according to your device settings. Choosing Download .txt creates a file on your device. You control that file and any copies.
Email you choose to send
A mailto link opens your email application; it does not send a message by itself. If you send an email, its contents, address and ordinary email metadata are handled through email services and can be used to read, answer or investigate your request. Do not send passwords, financial details or sensitive health information.
Correspondence may need to be retained while a request is being handled or where necessary for security, legal obligations or a dispute. No fixed mailbox deletion schedule is promised here. You may request deletion or ask about correspondence using the contact address. Applicable legal requirements and technical limitations may affect a request.
External links and your choices
Links to public-health resources and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. You can choose not to follow them, disable JavaScript, clear browser data or manage clipboard and download settings. The educational text remains readable without JavaScript.
Privacy rights
